This afternoon I added Lesson 1 to the passing section. It shows proper posture and introduces some ideas that will be built upon in the future.
This AM we wrapped up filming for the closed guard portion. Expect to start seeing some videos from the guard in the future. Late last night Side Control Lesson 1 was uploaded. It is basically 7 lessons combined in one and gives an overview of various pins from side control.
Top from the closed guard filming just wrapped up. If I end up looking tired in the videos, I AM! 4 hours of picking up my opponent up over and over will wear on just about anybody. Check back soon for some updates. Editing will take place from 10PM-2AM tonight so updates will likely happen in that time. Another film session is scheduled for tomorrow morning.
Filming was completed for the side control section this evening. Brown Belt world champion Beneil Dariush served as a grappling partner for the side series! Two more sessions will take place the next two days. Mount Lesson 10 is fresh from the editing room and covers the Arm Trap and the Wrist lock. The "About GB" section was added this evening as well.
Two new mount lessons were launched today. Lesson 8 and 9 provide an introduction to the cross choke. Filming for side control is scheduled for tomorrow.
